Meet Savannah Hess

Savannah discovered yoga as a solace during a period of immense grief, and while initially finding comfort in the quiet release of emotions, yoga quickly became a source of strength and renewed vitality.
Driven by a desire to share this profound experience, Savannah completed yoga teacher training in 2021 through a Yoga Alliance®-certified program, enabling her to safely and effectively bring yoga to others. Since then, she has received multiple other certifications including Restorative Yoga teaching certification in 2022, chair-yoga training in 2023, Trauma-Informed teaching certificate in late 2023, and in 2024, she became a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid provider.
As a long-time military spouse, Wildflower Studio is the culmination of a desire to "bloom where you are planted" and, with retirement on the horizon, the beginning of the community she's always dreamed of building.
